Djeco's Sardines is a beautifully illustrated, fun card game. Each card represents 7 sardines in a tin, all dressed differently. The players have a few seconds to memorise the sardines before the card is turned down. The 5 cards placed in front of the player are then turned over. If the player recognises some sardines dressed in the same way than the one in his box, they win the card. The player with the most cards wins.

🎯Objective of the Game:

The goal is to find the hidden sardines 🐟 (small fish tokens) without getting caught by the other players.

🔁Setup:

1. Players: 2–4 players can join in.

2. Components: The game comes with fish-shaped🐟  tokens, and the sardine cards. Each player starts with a specific number of fish tokens in the game.

Gameplay Instructions:

1. The Setup:

   • Each player receives a certain number of sardine tokens (usually 3 or 4).

   • One player is chosen to be the "hider," and the rest are the "seekers."

2. The Hider: 

   • The hider places a sardine token in a secret spot, where the seekers can’t see it.

   • The hider must then keep their sardine hidden while the seekers try to find it.

3. The Seekers:👀

   • The seekers take turns trying to find the hidden sardine tokens.

   • Whenever a seeker finds a sardine🐟, they add it to their pile.

4. Game Progression:

   • The seekers continue searching for more sardines in the hiding spot areas. The first player to collect all the sardine tokens wins!

5. Winning:🏆

   • The winner is the first player to collect all their sardines, or whoever has the most sardines when the game ends.

🔑Key Points:

• Turn-taking: It’s important to make sure each player has a chance to search. If you play with a larger group, it’s helpful to stagger turns.

• Quick Play: The game encourages speed and memory, making it very interactive and fun!
