How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

What is your return policy for opened craft kits?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened kits. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for kits that have been partially used or where the original packaging seals have been broken.

Do you offer bulk discounts for schools or birthday parties?
